We’ve sampled our way through the entire range. Here are our three favorites for your next tasting:
1. Kocour Ležák (12°)
Style: Light Lager
Tasting note: The classic. A golden-yellow lager with a pleasantly pronounced bitterness and a stable head. Very drinkable and the perfect benchmark for Czech brewing artistry.
2. Kocour IPA
Style: India Pale Ale
Tasting note: Here, Kocour reveals its craft beer roots. Intense aromas of citrus fruits and pine resin meet a robust malt base. A modern beer for lovers of hop power.
3. Kocour Stout
Style: stout
Tasting note: Deep black in the glass with notes of roasted coffee and dark chocolate. It has a surprisingly creamy finish and proves that Czechs can also perfectly master dark wines.
